What We Do

Caring for a loved one can be an overwhelming responsibility whether you are local, out of state or out of the country. That is why we work hard to meet the highest professional standards while caring for a Senior as if we were a trusted family member or friend.

Care Management is a service offered to help families through changes and transitions a Senior may be experiencing; be it aging in place, returning home after a hospital stay, or simply needing some help and guidance to make a plan and put some systems in place.

When Seniors can no longer stay safely at home, we help them find a new place to live, such as an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or a Board and Care/RCFE. This placement service is free for the family/client.

We provide insight and information that takes away the overwhelming feeling of not knowing where to start. We guide Seniors and families through the aging journey to meet all needs for the Senior to age safely in place or in a community.

Allison Beale, BSSc. MEd.

Care Manager & Founder

Allison is the owner and founder of First Class Senior Care and has been working in the Senior Care industry for over 10 years. With clients in the United States, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Ecuador, and Canada, Allison runs an international business helping families, organizing logistics and putting systems in place to help Elders age safely in their home or relocate to a Senior Living community. Her role as a family counselor guides them to make educated choices.

As a dedicated professional, Terri brings over 15 years of experience working with seniors and their families in assisted living and memory care communities. She understands the individual needs of every family and will be your partner throughout the process whether searching for a community or creating a safe environment at home. She enjoys traveling with her family almost as much as she enjoys rooting for the Dodgers.

Jennie has worn many hats in her multiple-decade career as a creative artist. Her marketing background has served her in roles from personal assistant, to private tour guide, to leading multiple non-profit community organizations. She is an accomplished playwright with an award-winning, one-woman show, and a musical in progress. She enjoys helping people see the cup half-full.

Harry Fahn, BA

Harry earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Berkeley. He brings to the table a few years of office administrative experience in the tech world with an innovative start up in San Francisco. After graduating in 2018, he moved back to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Harry is happy to be a part of the FCSC Team, especially with the excellent sushi spot down the road. In his spare time, Harry loves to eat Oreos and walk his dog Sadie.

Office Supervisor

Flash is pawsitively honored to be on the FCSC Team. His breadth of experience in the watchdog industry makes him an indispensable asset to the company. Flash’s numerous duties include napping in the office, greeting employees when they arrive, and ringing the bell by the back door when he needs to do his business. Being the charitable dog that he is, he has refused all financial compensation, opting instead to be paid in biscuits, back scratches, and long walks.

We used First Class Senior Care for about a year and a half. My Mother needed all kinds of help. FCSC found nursing care for her after breaking her hip and then found and negotiated a great deal at an Assisted Care facility when it was time for transition.

Once in the Assited Care FCSC handled obtaining all the physical therapy and doctor visits and worked with Medicare and our supplemental insurance company. They even came to visit personally and took my Mom out for donuts and tea.

Allison’s knowledge and caring knows no borders. Allison consulted with me when I was looking for caregivers for my mother in Toronto, Canada. She met with us, interviewed the caregivers, assessed their qualifications and fit with my mother, and then advised me on what type of care would be best for her. She also helped create a Care Plan for her and guided the Caregivers on their schedules and explained the Care Plan so they would feel comfortable with knowing exactly what their job would be while working with my mom.
